Truck bookkeeping pricing, published in full
Short answer: Monthly Books is $89 a month, month to month, with QuickBooks Ledger and a monthly report on your profit and cost per mile included. A one-time Catch-Up Cleanup is $750 for up to 12 months or $1,250 for up to 24 months. A lender package on books that are already clean is $250. There is no setup fee and no exit fee.

Catch-Up Cleanup

Get a cleanup quote- Up to 12 months and 3 bank or card accounts ($750), or 24 months / 6 accounts ($1,250); your truck loan and carrier escrow are included

- Gross pay and each carrier deduction recorded separately, and compared with your 1099

- Ten business days from complete records and timely answers to our questions
Lender package only: $250, when your books are already reconciled and you need the folder this week.
What isn't extra
No setup fee, no first-year fee, no per-document or per-receipt fee, no fee to cancel and no fee to get your files back. If a price changes, you get 30 days' written notice first.
The guarantee: your books are yours
Cancel any time, no notice period. Within five business days you get your QuickBooks file transferred to you as the owner, or a complete export of every transaction, attachment and report, plus every document you sent us. Files go out even if an invoice is open. After you leave, keeping QuickBooks running takes your own QuickBooks subscription (Simple Start lists at $38 a month), or take the full export free.
What we don't do
We're bookkeepers, not a CPA firm. We don't prepare or file tax returns, compute estimated taxes or give tax, legal or loan advice. If you need a return filed, keep your tax preparer; we make their job faster.

Is QuickBooks included in the $89?
Yes. Monthly Books includes a QuickBooks Ledger subscription. If you'd rather have your own full QuickBooks login, you can keep your own subscription and invite us as your bookkeeper instead.
Is there a contract?
There's a short service agreement, but no long-term commitment. Monthly Books is month to month and you can cancel any time.
Why is this cheaper than some trucking bookkeeping services?
Many trucking services bundle tax preparation into the price. We only do the books, so you pay for bookkeeping and keep the tax preparer you choose.
Do you charge more if I have a lot of receipts?
There's no per-receipt fee. Monthly Books is priced for the scope above: one truck, one carrier, one business checking account and up to two business cards. More trucks or accounts are quoted before you start.
What happens to my books if I cancel?
You get the QuickBooks file in your name or a full export, plus every document you sent, within five business days, at no charge.
