If your books are current: Monthly Books
If your accounts are reasonably up to date, you can start Monthly Books ($89 a month) without buying a cleanup. After the call you sign a short service agreement, connect your bank feeds to QuickBooks yourself, and we start with the current month.
If you're behind: Catch-Up Cleanup
If your books are more than a month or two behind, we quote a Catch-Up Cleanup first (from $750) so the monthly service starts from clean numbers. You see the fixed quote before anything starts; half is due at signing and half on delivery.
What the call is, and isn't
The call is a conversation, not an audit. We'll learn how your books are kept today, point out what likely needs a closer look, and tell you which service fits and what it costs. We can only confirm your books are right once we've reconciled them against your statements.
